Two 7000 TEU Container Ships of Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Dock on the Same Day

On October 3rd, Wai Gaoqiao CSSC successfully launched the 7000TEU container ships H1565/H1558, which were built for Canadian company Seaspan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SEASPAN) and TS Lines. Li Zhizhong, the company's director, representatives from SEASPAN and TS Lines, representatives from DNV and NK classification societies, as well as representatives from the company's relevant departments and project team, attended the launching ceremony.

During the construction process of both ships, there was effective implementation, tracking, feedback, organization, and measures taken, which laid a solid foundation for efficient ship manufacturing. At the same time, the company strictly adhered to the implementation of the "Four Clearances" management model, and all issues such as segment-by-segment changes, inspection opinions, and NCRs were resolved before entering the paint shop, reducing pressure for subsequent stages of ship assembly. The stern sections of ship H1565 reached a reservation rate of 90%, and critical path segment supply achieved 100% on-demand completion.
